General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Bartosz Mielczarek, Hovedisserstr. 31a, 33818 Leopoldshöhe (hereinafter "Maison & Stil").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Buy Now", you place a binding order. The order confirmation by email constitutes the acceptance of your offer.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include the statutory value-added tax. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

4. Delivery

The delivery time is usually 5–14 business days, unless otherwise specified. We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (homenlivingofficiall@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

6. Returns and Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to rectification, replacement delivery, reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
